Last updated: 24 July 2026. These terms govern access to The Event Pilot for studios, staff, and client portal users.

The service

The Event Pilot is multi-tenant software for event companies. Features available to a company depend on the subscribed plan. Mobile apps require a linked account provisioned by the platform or the studio.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential. Business admins are responsible for staff module access and for enabling client portal logins only for the correct customers.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another company’s data, abuse messaging channels, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that threaten security or violate these terms.

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.

Customer data

Studios own the operational data they enter. The Event Pilot processes that data to provide the product. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Visual inventory matching is assistive; QR/barcode and manual confirmation remain the reliable field workflow. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
